Exposing Some Fraud
While I continue my ongoing quest to figure out what to do with my life, I continue to do legal work to pay the bills. For the most part I do employment law for a small firm run by a lawyer I worked for a couple of years ago. I’m not going to talk about much of that work at all on this blog. I’ve started doing some work on behalf of tenants and those are cases that I will gladly discuss in detail as the clients are mine.
But on the employment side of things, I wrote a motion a couple of weeks ago in a case that’s gotten a little publicity. Since it’s already out there, I figured I might as well share a link.
