Tonight’s Run
After a day off following Monday’s long run, it was time to get out and run some more. The weather is warm and I’m out of guest passes so I had to run the four miles outside. My knees both pretended to be sore at the beginning, but I beat them into submission and the shin splints were pretty much a non-factor.
Fred stopped four times to pee and was running a little slowly. Either he’s getting old or he was a little unhappy that I left him for 11 hours today.

Operation Stop Being a Fat Fuck Take 7 Starts NOW
I’ve been a fat pile of crap for a few years now and I am now resolved more than ever to put an end to that. Understand that when I say more than ever, a) the bar is not high and b) I will continue to enjoy copious amounts of delicious food.
The last time OSBFF was public, it was a little over a year ago and I weighed in at 222 pounds.
In the newest iteration of Zemanation, I will conduct a Wednesday Morning Weigh-In each week and post the results.
This morning, following a large pizza dinner last night at Orvieto and some licorice I had on hand thanks to my inability to walk by the two large bags of Twizzlers for $3 currently available at Walgreens, I woke up to find myself, mildly dehydrated, weighing in at 215 pounds.
Still a fat fuck.

How long should I wait after Fred licks his crotch before allowing him to lick my face?

C) 1 – 3 minutes
D) 3 minutes +
E) Never let Fred lick my face
The correct answer is B. Specifically, Fred must wait five seconds between licking his crotch and licking my face.
