Bulls Season Has Begun
The long and largely pointless NBA regular season has begun. Why pointless? Because every good team and even some mediocre teams make the playoffs, rendering the regular season as little more than a really long preseason.
But there is some exciting Basketball news to report today. No, it’s not the Bulls win over the Bucks last night which featured a double-double by my boy Tyrus Thomas. Instead, it’s a blast from the past.
Former Bull Jason Caffey has made Sean Kemp look like a responsible adult. Caffey’s bankruptcy case was dismissed yesterday. Now, the 8 women with whom he has had 10 children can go ahead with their child support claims.
Caffey made about $40 million in his career. He’s not going to be able to pay everything he should.
